Letter From the Editor fall 2015

I hope everyone enjoyed the beautiful weather that made for one of the nicest summers in recent memory. It must have made for a very productive summer and fall. As of today it looks like winter is about to give us a reality check so break out those warmer clothes. If you are one of those Surveyors who have already headed south I hope you enjoy the warm weather and sunshine for another six months and don’t complain too much if it dips below + 15C the odd day.

In this issue we have included more information on condominiums, articles on natural boundaries, and a survey as part of due diligence. There are articles about a couple of the  province’s landmarks, the Commercial Hotel in Maple Creek, and Old Man on His Back Ranch. There is also an article about Jack Mollard.

Submissions to the news letter by any member are welcome, please send them in. We still need photos for the cover page so if you have any send them to Carla or me along with a brief  note about them.
